Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Qualifications Required:
Professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, both in person and via telephone Advanced skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word), Google Docs, and the ability to learn pest control software Highly organized with strong attention to detail Exemplary demonstrated work ethic Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities Must have excellent judgement and be an independent thinker Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills, problem solving, and follow up Strong interpersonal skills Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Prior inside sales experience strongly preferred Benefits Include:
